AdvaComm Partners with Spirent to Deliver Mobile Customer Experience Measurement Solutions in the Middle East

Dubai – October 21,  2015 –  AdvaComm Associates FZE is pleased to announce that it has entered into a partnership agreement with Spirent Communications to bring true mobile customer experience measurement solutions to the Middle East. The ability to compare the performance of a range of smartphones for voice and data services across the competing mobile networks was a key attribute in AdvaComm selecting Spirent.

Under the agreement, AdvaComm will work with Spirent to promote Spirent’s suite of solutions for evaluating the user experience of voice, video and data services including Nomad (voice service experience); Datum (data service experience); Chromatic (video calling and streaming video service experience) and Quantum (battery life). AdvaComm will also support the promotion of key products such as Spirent TestCenter Live that enable service assurance of wide area Wi-Fi networks which are becoming prevalent across the Middle East. AdvaComm will combine these leading edge tools with their own in-house expertise that includes both network and device testing capabilities.
